They are currently ranked as the second largest privately-owned debt collection agency (DCA) in the UK and have offices in Stratford-upon-Avon and Glasgow.

Situation
Zinc started trading in Stratford in 2008 with Dougie McManus as the CEO. He quickly realised the need for the business to see the people they were collecting debt off as a customer. Zinc aims to work with customers offering them a service to get debt free in an affordable way that they can do.
They needed to create a relationship with their customers. They understood that although 100% necessary, just telephone and letters were not enough to offer a customer first approach. His team needed more time to understand the best ways to communicate. So, Dougie came to Phil to see how we could help.

By offering our password log-in, software solution, Zinc safely shares their letter content and data to our GDPR compliant system. So, any of their worries on data and GDPR compliance disappeared straight away! Using our suitable toner based and Riso inkjet machines, we can easily process large quantities, that are fast for a quick turn-around.
This is on FSC paper so saving paper and ink costs whilst also being environmentally friendly. The Zinc Group no longer needs to manage in-house printers, paper/ink stock or worry about packing letters for despatch.
We save their time and money by offering in-house production with our personal Customer Service. We manage their entire mailing journey including returned mail and gone-aways so they stay on top of latest customer info.
